HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  3. Review — On the Shipping page, review your delivery details. Confirm that all shipping is completely free. Click "Proceed to Payment".

  5. Confirmation — Click "Complete Order" and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions to complete. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

We ship throughout Australia. For shipments to other countries, please contact us in advance at support@grace-melbourne.com to check availability and delivery times.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer for shipments outside Australia.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please carefully verify your delivery address before confirming your order. In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, GRACE MELBOURNE will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is not delivered within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@grace-melbourne.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with Australia Post and will refund you or send a replacement item, at your choice.
